Senior Account Executive (Public Sector, Canada)

Join Pano AI, a mission-driven company focused on wildfire detection and situational awareness technology. As a Senior Account Executive for the Public Sector in Canada, you will work closely with state and local government agencies to accelerate the adoption of our technology. You will lead sales strategy and execution, manage a growing pipeline of customers, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams. This role requires a strong background in enterprise sales, experience navigating regulated environments, and a passion for climate adaptation and public safety.

• Construire et gérer un pipeline croissant de clients d'État et locaux au Canada, en menant la stratégie de vente et l'exécution pour les comptes du secteur public.
• Diriger le cycle de vente complet, de la prospection à l'engagement multi-parties prenantes, en passant par la contractualisation et l'intégration.
• Collaborer de manière transversale avec les équipes internes pour naviguer dans les voies législatives et d'approvisionnement qui soutiennent l'adoption plus large.
• Preference for someone based in or near Calgary
• Ability to thrive in early-stage, fast-paced environments with evolving processes
• Proven success navigating highly regulated environments and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical graduate degree preferred
• 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, infrastructure, IoT, or managed services
• Travel up to 30%
• Mission alignment: passionate about climate adaptation, public safety, and technology for good
• Strategic thinking and strong executive presence; comfort presenting to VP, COO, and C-level decision-makers
• Experience selling to or partnering with Federal, State and Local government
