QA Engineer (Cloud Logistics)

Join Nimble Cloud Logistics as a QA Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our cloud logistics products. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, execute and author test cases, hunt down defects, and help ship software that powers advanced robotic fulfillment systems. The position requires a strong attention to detail, methodical approach to breaking software, and a drive to stay current with innovations in the QA field.

• Execute and author test cases, hunt down defects, and help ship the software that powers the world’s most advanced robotic fulfillment system.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and flag ambiguity early, and contribute small scripts or tooling improvements that speed up repetitive testing tasks.
• Reproduce, document, and track defects with precise reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and severity assessments, and verify bug fixes and perform regression testing ahead of releases.
• Ability to work from written requirements and gain clarity when expectations are ambiguous
• High attention to detail and a methodical, curious approach to breaking software
• Strong written communication skills — clear test steps and unambiguous bug reports
• 2+ years of industry experience in QA testing
• Strong drive to grow and stay current with innovations in the QA field
• Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• Experience performing QA tests for web, mobile, or desktop apps
• Scripting or coding skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Exposure to GraphQL and/or gRPC APIs
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail)
• Domain experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends if needed
