About The Role

Join Nimble, a cutting-edge robotics company, as a Senior Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will lead the quality function for our data and model pipeline, working across the entire organization to ensure high-quality data is delivered at scale. You will also partner closely with our research team to design and operationalize evaluation protocols. This is a highly cross-functional, high-ownership role that requires outstanding organizational and program management skills, as well as a strong ability to work across multiple disciplines.

  • BS/MS in a technical field (CS, EE, MechE, Robotics, Physics, Math) or equivalent hands-on technical experience
  • Outstanding organizational and program management skills, with experience driving multi-team initiatives and managing technical dependencies
  • Demonstrated ownership, clarity under ambiguity, and alignment with Nimble’s values of being resourceful, humble, dependable, and committed to legendary impact
  • Strong ability to work across robotics, AI/ML, hardware, software, and operations teams, understanding how these disciplines integrate in real systems
  • Proven track record navigating complex AI/robotics programs from concept through deployment in fast-paced environments
  • Data-driven decision making, using metrics, experiments, and operational insights to prioritize work and validate outcomes
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical details into clear plans and align diverse stakeholders
  • MBA, or experience scaling technical programs involving operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
  • Background in AI/ML pipelines, data quality systems, model evaluation, or robotics workflows
