About The Role
Join our team as a Growth Designer, where you'll be responsible for end-to-end asset production, performance iteration, platform-native storytelling, creative testing and iteration, and conversion UI/UX design. You'll leverage AI-driven efficiency and be measured on your ability to deliver a high volume of creative variants each month. This role requires a mastery of design tools, direct response expertise, strong motion graphics and video editing skills, data literacy, and experience managing creative volume for high-velocity accounts.
- Design and edit high-volume static, motion, and video assets for various paid media and owned channels.
- Analyze weekly performance data to rapidly iterate on winning creative and develop multiple variations.
- Collaborate on the annual demand gen roadmap by developing bold visual hypotheses and creating a library of high-impact scroll-stoppers.
- Full-Stack Creative Suite: Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proficiency in mobile-first editing tools (like CapCut) is a major plus for social-native content
- Direct Response Expertise: 4+ years of experience designing for performance marketing teams or agencies. You understand that "good design" is design that converts
- Portfolio: A link to your portfolio or reel is required, specifically highlighting "Performance Creative" or ads that drove measurable business results
- Video First Mindset: Strong motion graphics and video editing skills. You can take raw influencer footage and turn it into a high-energy, narrative-driven ad in hours, not days
- Data Literacy: You aren't afraid of a Meta or TikTok dashboard. You can look at performance metrics and translate them into creative solutions
- Speed & Scale: Experience managing creative volume for high velocity accounts spending $250k+ per month. You thrive in a high-cadence environment where we prioritize "speed to signal."
- Disciplined Creativity: Experience working within highly regulated industries (FinTech, Health, Biotech)
- Strategic Autonomy: You are a self-starter who can take a brief and run with it, providing multiple creative directions and variations with minimal hand-holding
