About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Finance Manager, where you will lead finance support for GTM departments and business segments. You will be responsible for annual planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and analysis. You will also own the P&L process and analysis for GTM functions, drive coordinated headcount and resource planning, and prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership. Additionally, you will mentor a senior analyst and support strategic initiatives and special projects.

  • Lead finance support for GTM departments and business segments, including annual planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Own the P&L process and analysis for GTM functions, including resource allocation, and operating expenses.
  • Drive coordinated headcount and resource planning to keep investment aligned with growth targets and operational priorities.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences
  • Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions
  • Prior experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and financial planning software such as Adaptive Planning
  • Eight or more years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or Revenue Operations, ideally in high-growth SaaS
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is preferred
