Program Manager

Join our growing Enterprise PMO function as a Program Manager. You will lead enterprise-level initiatives critical to scaling our business, oversee cross-functional programs, and drive accountability and alignment for successful outcomes. You will define program objectives, develop governance frameworks, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of program management experience, strong facilitation and communication skills, and experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

• Oversight of cross-functional programs, driving accountability and alignment to ensure successful outcomes.
• Development and implementation of governance frameworks, reporting, and cadences that create visibility and accountability.
• Identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks while ensuring dependencies are managed effectively.
• Ability to provide clarity amidst ambiguity
• Experience presenting to Executive leadership
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-based environments where accountability and trust are key
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
• 5–7 years of program management experience, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
• Experience managing different types of programs using blended waterfall and agile approaches
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of influencing without authority
• Experience implementing governance, structure, and reporting in less mature organizations
