Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager (Travel)

Join our team as a Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager in the Travel sector. In this high-visibility role, you will drive strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. You will support strategic planning, assess new growth opportunities, and partner closely with leaders across the organization to improve performance, optimize revenue, and scale our platform. Your analytical rigor, structured thinking, and project leadership will be critical in executing strategic initiatives.

• Support strategic planning, assess new growth opportunities, and partner closely with leaders across the organization to improve performance.
• Drive operational and revenue optimization initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to improve business models, processes, and service delivery.
• Lead and support elements of the annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring teams are aligned on goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels and functions
• A passion for innovation, technology, and helping scale a global business
• 6–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, corporate development, or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills; ability to distill complexity into actionable insights
• MBA preferred but not required
• Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, or FinTech environments is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and execute with a hands-on, action-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Travel industries is a strong plus
