Senior Product Manager (Treasury)

Join Flywire, a leading FinTech company, as a Senior Product Manager (Treasury). In this role, you will lead complex product initiatives, drive strategic outcomes, and mentor team members. You will own significant platform areas focusing on Treasury and other finance functions, partner with senior business leaders, and ensure our enterprise systems evolve to support Flywire's growth. This position requires deep technical knowledge, executive presence, and the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

• Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership, urgency, and follow-through; who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, global and evolving environment
• Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and business case development
• Experience with Agile at scale and guiding teams on product best practices
• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on enterprise Finance systems
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform ecosystems (e.g., Treasure Management Systems, Salesforce, Workday, integration platforms)
• Experience managing product portfolios spanning multiple geographies
• Familiarity with AI/ML, agentic AI, or advanced automation within enterprise platforms
• Experience with Kyriba, Zip and Workday
• Experience in FinTech, payments, or global B2B platforms
• Product management certifications (CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent)
