Technical Implementation Manager

Join Flywire, a high-growth B2B vertical, as a Technical Implementation Manager II. In this role, you will be the strategic and technical lead on complex client implementations, ensuring that our mid-market and enterprise clients see value from our platform quickly. You will be hands-on with system integrations, data mapping, testing, payment workflows, and client training, owning the end-to-end implementation process. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about payments, software, and building great client experiences.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of proven experience Implementation at a SaaS company, preferably in payments or financial technology
• ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong communicator: comfortable presenting to client leadership, writing documentation, and translating requirements across teams
• In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems and integration methods
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• APIs, SFTP, webhooks, JSON and SQL
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills:
• Familiarity with payment gateways and tokenization concepts a strong plus
• Working knowledge of Netsuite, Salesforce and other software development methodologies
• BA/BS degree
