Financial Controller

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting both employees and the business. You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, maintain the general ledger, support the preparation of internal financial reports, and lead US payroll processing. Additionally, you will manage state and local tax filings, act as a finance partner to our Employer of Record, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams. • Assister aux processus de clôture mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, y compris les écritures de journal, les rapprochements de comptes et les annexes de soutien.

• Experience in a startup, high-growth, or SaaS environment
• Familiarity with expense platforms or close software
• CPA or CPA-track candidate
• Experience with international payroll or working with global EOR/PEO partners
• Comfort with multi-state tax environments and evolving compliance needs
