Senior FP&A Manager (Customer Success)

Join Anaplan as a Senior FP&A Manager in our Miami office. In this pivotal role, you will shape our financial strategy and drive excellence in financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with the Chief Customer Officer and her Customer Success team, influencing strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and insightful analysis. You will also lead the P&L process, drive improvements in management reporting, and champion the adoption of AI tools in day-to-day operations. • Collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer and Customer Success team to influence strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and insightful analysis.
• Own the top-line renewals forecast, delivering key insights and executive-level summaries on critical metrics such as Bookings, Billings, ARR, and GRR.
• Lead the P&L process and strategic analysis for Go-To-Market functions, focusing on revenue drivers, resource allocation, and expense management.
• Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment in a fast-paced, constantly evolving setting
• Experience with enterprise financial planning tools, particularly Anaplan, is highly desirable
• Superior communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an ability to distill complex information into a clear narrative
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or business finance experience in a high-growth, global SaaS environment
• Expertise in building complex, automated, and scalable financial models to support executive-level reviews and strategic decisions
• Proven track record of effective business partnership and influencing decisions at the senior leadership level
