Head of Engineering (Platform)

• Lead the Platform Tribe, overseeing three teams responsible for critical domains such as Infrastructure, SRE, Development Tooling, and shared libraries.
• Own and shape the tribe's roadmap, making autonomous decisions about what to build and why, while partnering closely with product tribes to understand their needs.
• Directly influence the reliability, velocity, and quality of every product shipped by the organization, working with modern tools and technologies.

• Prior experience within the Fintech domain
• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in developing highly scalable, distributed, asynchronous, and resilient platforms
• Experience with API-first and SaaS applications
• Experience building and running microservice-based event driven distributed applications
