Head of Product (Clients)

• Lead and manage one of the Clients tribe teams directly, while guiding the overarching strategy and success of the Clients Tribe.
• Work closely with the Director of Engineering and VP of Product to define the tribe's strategy, set OKRs, and shape the long-term roadmap.
• Own the roadmap for Internal Tooling or Upfront, both key strategic product enablers for scaling the business, and drive it forward through OKRs.
• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally with a focus on internal and/or external tooling. Financial services, compliance, or fintech experience is a big plus
• Proven people leadership of teams of 3+ people
• Be a sponge. You don't need to be a finance or investment expert, but you'll need to absorb complex topics quickly (subledger reconciliation, mutual fund trading flow) and apply strong product fundamentals
• Familiarity with API documentation standards and an interest in how AI agents consume APIs (MCP or similar) is a strong plus
• Strong track record of taking initiative, owning outcomes, and bridging dependencies
• Comfortable with product toolkits such as Linear, Slite, Miro, and Figma
• Experience with agile software development, delivering features and outcomes consistently
• Firm grasp of UI/UX best practices; can ideate and prototype through lo-fi wireframes and collaborate closely with design
