Strategy Intern

Join Upvest, a leading Investment API category leader in Europe, as a Strategy Intern. You will work directly with the Head of Strategy & Chief of Staff, as well as the entire Strategy team, including the CEO and Founder. Your role will involve supporting Upvest's vision and strategy, contributing to the development and execution of the organizational strategy, and gaining deep insights into the business through cross-functional projects. This is a unique opportunity to be at the core of impactful projects and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Support Upvest’s vision and strategy to become the leading investment infrastructure of tomorrow across Europe, including assisting in the execution of key initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Strategy team and cross-functional teams to shape and execute the company's strategy, including supporting international expansion and uncovering new business opportunities.
• Play a central role in supporting the development and execution of the organizational strategy, including the OKR process, and collaborating across teams to ensure cohesive decision-making.
• You excel at analyzing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving measurable outcomes
• You're passionate about fintech, eager to learn, and driven to transform the investment world to empower more people to invest
• You're available for a minimum of 4 months and are based in Berlin
• You thrive in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals. You're comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new challenges
• You have completed at least 1–2 internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting
• You enjoy developing and articulating strategic initiatives, while also diving into the details to ensure flawless execution
