Senior Analytics Engineer (Finance & Operations)

Join our expanding Data team as a Senior Analytics Engineer, where you will partner closely with our Finance and Operations teams. In this role, you will own the Finance/Operations data layer, integrate new data into our warehouse, and build dashboards and metrics for leadership. You will collaborate with stakeholders, design data integration processes, ensure data quality, govern key metrics, develop dashboards, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Collaborer avec les équipes Finance et Opérations pour comprendre les processus métier et définir les exigences des pipelines de données.
• Posséder la couche de données Finance et Opérations, intégrer de nouvelles données dans l'entrepôt de données et construire des tableaux de bord.
• Définir et gouverner les indicateurs clés de performance Finance/Opérations avec les propriétaires d'entreprise, y compris la logique métier et la source de vérité.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business processes and translate them into data models, metrics, dashboards, and documentation
• Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, including gathering requirements, managing expectations, pushing back constructively, and communicating tradeoffs
• Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience building reusable, well-structured data models in a cloud data warehouse environment, ideally Snowflake; experience with BI or semantic-layer tools such as Omni, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma
• Adaptability: Comfort working in an early-stage or evolving data environment where systems, pipelines, definitions, and ownership boundaries may still be forming
• Data Quality Mindset: Experience validating outputs, reconciling discrepancies, documenting assumptions, and creating checks for critical metrics
• Experience: 5+ years in an analytics role with exposure to financial or operational data sets
• Experience with wholesalers and EDI
• Experience with source-of-truth systems such as ERP (NetSuite), WMS, TMS (OSCA), or CPM (Pigment)
