Data & AI Specialist

• Configurer les nouveaux comptes clients et mapper les ensembles de données initiales.
• Surveiller et soutenir les files de livraison de données, trier, dépanner et résoudre les tickets de support.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour signaler les bogues, recueillir les commentaires des utilisateurs et suggérer des améliorations.

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, data/marketing analyst, or CRM-adjacent role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfort working with data files (e.g., CSV), CRM data models (i.e., objects/records), and spreadsheets; no SQL or deep technical background required
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/database platforms
• Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience working for a high growth startup
