Senior Implementation Specialist

Join Windfall as a Senior Implementation Specialist, where you'll be responsible for the technical implementation of our solutions, ensuring customers successfully integrate our platform with their data and applications. You'll collaborate with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams, guiding conversations with both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.

• Accountable for the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions for customers, specifically with regards to data and applications.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams, confidently guiding conversations with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customers hit the ground running and achieve success using Windfall's products.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building strong relationships with customers
• Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
• Basic data science skills or interest in self-learning (Command-Line and SQL proficiency will jumpstart your time to value)
• 2+ years in an external client-facing role with great EQ is essential
• Great communication skills internally and externally (Prompt response and action when needed, people rarely need to follow up with you)
• Willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills - both technical and non-technical - in order to craft and deliver the best solutions
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments with little direction
• Scrappiness – We don't have all the answers, but you'll need to find them
• Bachelors in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or another quantitative field
• Startup personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking, and proactive
• Previous experience in the Martech/Adtech ecosystem
• Experience with our target verticals (financial services, retail, travel/hospitality)
