Solutions Consultant

Join Windfall as a Solutions Consultant, where you'll work closely with our GTM and Product teams to close new business and advise customers on orchestrating new data workflows. You'll be a trusted technical partner to sales and customer success, a hands-on problem-solver for prospects and customers, and a champion for customer needs across our GTM strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem and the ability to facilitate conversations with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Prior experience in Solution(s) Role or AdTech/MarTech/Data industry
• A minimum of 2+ years in an external client-facing role with great EQ is essential
• Great communication skills internally and externally – Prompt response and action when needed, people rarely need to follow up with you
• Basic computer science skills or interest in self-learning (Command-Line and SQL proficiency will jumpstart your time to value)
• Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or another quantitative field
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments with little direction
• Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
• Willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills - both technical and non-technical - to craft and deliver the best solutions
