About The Role

Join Windfall, a company on a mission to change how organizations perceive and use people data. As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with our Data Science, Enterprise Sales, and Executive team to close new business through solution expertise. You will be a strategic advisor to our internal sales team, solutions architect for our prospects, product representative for demos, and voice of the customer in driving our go-to-market strategy.

Minimum of 2+ years in an external client-facing role with great EQ is essential

Great communication skills internally and externally – Prompt response and action when needed, people rarely need to follow up with you
Startup personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking, and proactive
Prior experience in Solution(s) Role or AdTech/MarTech/Data industry
Bachelors and/or Masters degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or another quantitative field
Ability to work in ambiguous environments with little direction
Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
Willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills - both technical and non-technical - to craft and deliver the best solutions
