EMEA Senior Field Marketing Manager

Join our team as an EMEA Senior Field Marketing Manager. In this role, you will execute field marketing initiatives that drive demand, generate new business opportunities, and accelerate existing sales pipelines. You will create and execute events and personalized ABM programs, collaborate with Sales and the Marketing team, and track KPIs to continuously refine campaigns. Strong event management skills and a commercially minded approach are essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional European languages are a strong advantage.

• Plan and manage events such as flagship events, trade shows, and roundtables to drive demand and generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and the Marketing team to identify and target high-value accounts through personalized, multi-channel campaigns.
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to ensure effectiveness.
• This role requires strong event management skills and the ability to design localized, high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences
• A hands-on attitude and proactive mindset to deliver impactful, localized experiences in a fast-paced environment
• A commercially minded marketer who understands how to translate marketing initiatives into revenue impact through close collaboration with Sales
• Fluency in English is required; any additional European language is a strong advantage (especially French, Spanish, or German)
• At least +6 years of experience in event management roles in a fast-paced environment
