Engineering Manager

Join Parloa as an Engineering Manager, where you will build and lead a high-performance team of engineers, deliver innovative AI solutions, and drive alignment with the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and elevating exceptional engineers, ensuring every project contributes to Parloa's strategic goals, and fostering a culture of experimentation and trust. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business leaders to ensure technical execution and product vision are aligned.
