Senior Brand Designer

Join Parloa, a leading SaaS company, as a Senior Brand Designer. In this role, you will define and craft our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, design high-impact brand assets, and collaborate with various teams to align visual storytelling. You will also help evolve and maintain our visual identity system, support external creative agencies, and champion an AI-first design mindset. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in graphic/brand design, proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC suite, and a deep understanding of creative works in different marketing channels.

• Craft the direction and expression of Parloa brand design, ensuring consistency and precision across all assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual storytelling and support digital marketing, field events, and product marketing.
• Champion an AI-first design mindset by exploring and implementing generative image and video tools to scale creativity.
• Obsessed with breakthrough branding and creative expression
• Experience with storyboarding and motion is a plus
• Excellent communication skills: clear feedback, compelling presentations, and strong stakeholder alignment
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC suite
• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft across brand, campaign, and digital, and has a deep understanding of how creative works in different marketing channels, i.e., events, social media, and displays
• Proficiency in design systems (typography, color, layout, iconography, grids, graphic devices)
• 8+ years of experience in graphic/brand design
• Inspired to build the most (only?) design-forward brand in SaaS
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation and curiosity to stay ahead of emerging capabilities
