About The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in driving our growth plans across the U.S. and beyond. You will own complex searches across technical and business functions, with a strong focus on technical hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, build and maintain high-quality pipelines, and deliver against key recruiting metrics. - As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Parloa, you will be responsible for driving growth plans by owning complex searches across technical and business functions, with a focus on technical hiring. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to align on priorities and profiles, and build and maintain high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing. Additionally, you will help shape how the company attracts, assesses, and closes talent, and deliver against key recruiting metrics.
- This role is built for someone who can move fast, advise hiring teams, build strong pipelines, and independently drive hiring outcomes in competitive markets
- Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technology to improve sourcing, pipeline management, candidate engagement and overall recruiting efficiency
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, with the ability to use funnel insights and market data to improve outcomes
- Clear, direct communication style and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Strong track record of hitting hiring goals and delivering against recruiting metrics
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and/or Ashby
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth SaaS environment
- Proven experience owning senior, complex, or high-priority searches across GTM, Product, or related business functions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, challenge, and influence hiring managers
- Excellent sourcing ability, with experience building pipelines in competitive talent markets
- Based in New York and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week
- High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias toward action
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in parallel
