Staff Business Intelligence Analyst (Resilience)

Join Waymo's Product Data Science team as a Staff Business Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations to drive quality, operational efficiency, market analysis, and rider satisfaction scores. You will define, build, and maintain KPIs and metrics, architect and scale data infrastructure, analyze agent response precision, and partner with various teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. • Definir, construir y mantener KPIs y métricas para medir la seguridad y calidad operativa.
• Arquitectar y escalar la infraestructura de datos para soportar informes automatizados.

• 8+ years of experience in a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience), with a proven track record of architecting and scaling projects
• Extensive experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
• Excellent communication and Stakeholder & Management skills: You can communicate clearly complex topic in an easy to understand way to stakeholders at all levels of the company
• Action Oriented Analytical mindset - you not only build the report, you look at your data and make actionable recommendations from it
• Experience working with Operations
• Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle industry or a strong background in engineering or physics
