Staff Technical Lead Manager (Perception - Semantics Foundation)

• Diriger et superviser une équipe d'ingénieurs en apprentissage automatique et en vision par ordinateur, en prenant des décisions techniques et en assurant la livraison des projets.
• Définir la feuille de route pour le modèle de perception embarqué et la plateforme, et planifier et exécuter des améliorations à long terme pour soutenir les objectifs de mise à l'échelle de Waymo.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de recherche et d'ingénierie pour développer des méthodes d'apprentissage à partir de données réelles à grande échelle et optimiser les modèles pour le matériel embarqué et hors bord.
• 5+ years experience in Machine Learning and/or Computer Vision
• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX
• 2+ years in managing ML engineering or research teams
• Experience with Python
• Bachelors in Computer Science or a similar discipline, or an equivalent amount of deep learning experience
• MS or PhD Degree in Machine Learning, Robotics, Computer Science or a similar discipline
• Publications at top-tier conferences like CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICLR, ICML, ICRA, RSS, NeurIPS, AAAI, IJCV, PAMI
• Experience with C++
• Experience with real-time system design
