Systems Test Engineer (Pipeline and Test Health)

• Ensure release-critical tests execute on time and stay healthy, and build health check pipelines for important tests.
• Debug pipeline failures when they happen, working with counterparts in the Simulation and SRE teams to understand root causes.
• Execute retrospectives and actively work to reduce tech debt, and work across testing methodologies including collision avoidance, rules of the road, perception, fault protection.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or other relevant technical field
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, QA engineering, Software Development in Test, or other equivalent experience
• Excellent debugging and coding skills, with a passion for both “firefighting” and “fire prevention”
• Solid written and verbal communication
• An advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or other relevant technical field
• Experience with software development for robotics, autonomous vehicles, or similar
