Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will lead a small engineering team, design and implement front-end features for our automation platform and machine learning engine, and work directly with customers to optimize our AI-powered UX. You will also run UX/UI experiments to improve AI productivity. • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des fonctionnalités front-end clés pour notre plateforme d'automatisation et notre moteur d'apprentissage automatique avancé.
• Diriger la création de fonctionnalités centrées sur le client en réponse à la demande croissante des clients, en améliorant tactiquement notre produit de base.
• Diriger une petite équipe d'ingénieurs, en mettant l'accent sur l'usabilité, la performance et le respect des meilleures pratiques de codage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in an independent and team setting
• Experience or interest working with Document editing and parsing
• Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to a team that aims to make a significant impact in the medical and insurance tech space
• Experience working across multiple engineering teams to deliver projects
• A track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code
• Excellent proficiency in front-end development (we mainly use React)
