• Become the super-user and owner of our ATS (Ashby) and HRIS (Rippling/Deel) systems, optimising them end-to-end.
• Build workflows, integrations, and automations — AI-powered where productive — so that foundational people-related data is systematic and processes run themselves.
• Unlock the productivity of hiring managers with tooling, templates, and scheduling to enable rapid and high-quality hiring processes across the world.
