Finance Accounts Payable Associate (Fall 2026)

Join Astranis, a fast-paced aerospace startup, as a Finance Accounts Payable Associate. In this role, you will support the Financial Operations team in managing the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and corporate expense controls. You will gain hands-on experience in building scalable financial infrastructure from the ground up. Responsibilities include invoice coding, entry, and processing, maintaining vendor records, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting in month-end AP close activities. You will also participate in processing corporate credit card and employee expense reports, assist with vendor 1099 filings, and contribute to improving inefficiencies in the AP process. This is a twelve-week, salaried position designed for new graduates.
