About The Role

Join our rapidly-growing Software team as a Senior Software Engineer (Hardware Test). In this role, you will design high-level software architecture for vehicle integration and test operations, collaborate with multiple engineering teams to create and implement test plans, and develop software for automated testing. You will also refine specifications from electrical engineers, support all phases of development, implement ground control and telemetry software, and contribute to team growth through recruitment and hiring efforts.

Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to create and implement successful test plans, and develop software for automated testing.
Refine specifications from electrical engineers to validate critical flight components, and support all phases of development from proposal to successful test and flight.
5+ years total of relevant experience
2+ Experience with version control systems (git, mercurial, svn, or others)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience reading schematics and data sheets, debugging circuits that interface with embedded software, from debugger to logic analyzer to oscilloscope
2+ Experience with Python (or other high-level object oriented scripting language(s))
2+ Experience with Linux and shell command line tools
Bachelors, degree in CS, EE (or equivalent background knowledge)
A passion for building things, including working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on design and development
Experience with web development frameworks and databases
