Senior Staff Software Engineer (Integrations)

Join our team as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, where you will drive the development of critical backend systems with a focus on integrations. You will tackle challenges across multiple domains, including large-scale data retrieval and processing, management of sensitive customer data, and system design for complex interconnected systems. As an early team member, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of various aspects of our backend and mentor fellow team members.

• Conduire le développement de systèmes backend critiques pour soutenir l'ingénierie produit, en mettant l'accent sur les intégrations.
• Gérer et développer un écosystème d'intégrations, en se connectant à plusieurs fournisseurs externes pour ingérer de grandes quantités de données.
• Exécuter des projets complexes d'ingénierie logicielle backend en mettant l'accent sur les API, le traitement des données, l'infrastructure et la plateforme.
• Experience designing and building multi-tenant SaaS platforms that ensure data isolation, scalability, and robust security
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend, platform or system programming
• Proficiency in Authorization and Authentication patterns, and secure management of sensitive data
• Proficiency in distributed system design and large-scale data architecture
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences
• Strong experience with Python and its ecosystem
• Keen sense for identifying business needs and can communicate a clear vision for implementing solutions
• Experience with cloud service providers in a production setting (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Experience with batch or streaming data pipelines
• Experience with third party data ingestion/integrations (Inbound and outbound)
