FP&A Manager - 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Join HeliosX, a mission-driven healthcare company, as an FP&A Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. In this role, you will lead a team of two analysts, serve as the trusted finance partner for the COO's leadership team and operational squads, and drive real business decisions through actionable financial insights. You will be based in Central London and required to attend the office two days a week.

• Lead and develop a team of two FP&A analysts, setting technical standards and building out the operations FP&A capacity.
• Deliver accurate and timely weekly cost-to-serve reporting, showing key drivers to performance, and ensuring robust targets across multiple cost P&L lines.
• Partner with the COO and operations team on executing initiatives to drive real business value, providing exceptional business partnering to the squad.
