People Business Partner (12 month FTC)

Join HeliosX as a People Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with commercial leaders to drive high performance and engagement within brand and growth teams. You will shape and deliver people strategies, coach managers, embed performance frameworks, and lead initiatives to strengthen team motivation and wellbeing. You will also provide practical HR advice and support leaders through change. Ideal candidates will have proven HRBP experience in commercial, creative, or high-growth environments, strong influencing skills, and a passion for building high-performing, engaged teams.
