About The Role

Join <Judge.me>, a leading product review platform for e-commerce. As the Community Lead, you will be responsible for growing and deepening our community, hosting live events, creating content, and building relationships with merchants. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in London, with a competitive salary and benefits.

  • Grow and deepen a live community: scale membership thoughtfully, drive day-to-day engagement, and turn casual members into active contributors and advocates.
  • Host the community's live moments: run webinars, live sessions, AMAs, and events — you're the person on stage (and on screen) when the community comes together.
  • Be the community's content engine: you'll work alongside our content lead, product specialist, and YouTube strategist, who all produce material useful to the community.

## **You have**

**Above all, you know how to build a community that people keep coming back to.** You've grown an engaged community from early days to real scale — you understand what turns passive members into contributors, how to programme a calendar of sessions and events people actually show up for, and how to make an online space feel like a place rather than a channel.

You'll also have

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Confidence hosting live formats — you can run a webinar, moderate a panel, or open an event without hesitation.
  • A natural ability to connect with people and spark conversations that bring others in.
  • Curiosity and empathy — you genuinely want to understand merchants' needs and help them get more value from [<Judge.me>](http://Judge.me).
  • Comfort with data — you can track what's working, spot opportunities, and adjust your approach.
  • Excellent written communication and cultural awareness across global audiences.
  • Some understanding of how customer support works (our CS team will handle technical questions).

## **Bonus points if you**

  • Have a strong feel for e-commerce and the people who run online stores — you can hold a credible conversation with merchants about their business.
  • Have run a DTC store yourself — lived operator experience is a real advantage for connecting with merchants, even though it's not a requirement.
  • Are already active and recognised in e-commerce, creator, or operator communities.
  • Have built a personal or brand audience (newsletter, podcast, social, video).
  • Have organised online or local events and programmes.
  • Are comfortable experimenting with new channels and formats.
  • Are already experimenting with AI in your day-to-day work — and want to push how far it can take your craft.

## **AI at** [**<Judge.me>**](http://Judge.me)

We're transforming how we work through AI — rethinking our processes and the work itself, not just adding tools on top. In the marketing team, Claude Code is part of the day-to-day: it's how we draft, analyse, and build. We highly value people who are already experimenting with AI in their own work and arrive ready to raise the bar for how the whole team uses it — whoever joins us should be excited by that, not adjusting to it.
