Senior Software Engineer (Ruby Backend)

Join Loyal Guru, a fast-growing SaaS company, as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will work in an agile environment, collaborating with top engineers and product experts to build high-quality, innovative software. You will use Ruby and Golang as your primary development languages, design and implement solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the architecture. You will also work closely with other specialists, help with tech documentation, and leverage AI tools for assisted backend and infrastructure development. Additionally, you will follow secure development best practices and collaborate with the Security and DevOps teams.

• Participer à la conception, à la mise en œuvre et à l'évolutivité de différentes solutions, en veillant à écrire un code poli et facile à comprendre.
• Collaborer avec d'autres spécialistes (QA, Product Owners, etc.) pour garantir la conception, la livraison et la qualité de notre logiciel.
• Suivre et appliquer les meilleures pratiques tout au long du cycle de développement, participer aux revues de code et aux demandes de tirage.
• You have solid experience writing REST APIs
• You have a solid understanding of SQL having strong working experience with its mainline database: PostgreSQL
• You've previously worked with serverless technologies
• Working with GIT and the command line is on your daily basis and you understand the benefits of working in a Continuous Deployment environment
• Experience applying TDD and working with Clean Code principles
• Experience working with Google Cloud
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer in a product company preferably
• You have in-depth knowledge and work experience with OO languages on the server side, preferably Ruby or Golang
