About The Role

Join Blue Light Card, a mission-driven organization dedicated to supporting essential workers in Australia. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding high-value partnerships that provide real savings to our members. You will build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders, prepare and present commercial proposals, and manage partner onboarding. The ideal candidate will have solid B2B sales experience, confidence at the senior stakeholder level, and a genuine interest in supporting essential workers.

Acquisition and onboarding of high-value partnerships that deliver real savings to members.
Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders, managing escalations when they arise.
Preparing and presenting commercial proposals that make a compelling case for why Blue Light Card is the right channel for partners.
