Engineering Manager

Join Blue Light Card, a rapidly expanding organization in the UK and Australia. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead one of our engineering teams, champion agile practices, deliver high-quality solutions, and manage technical operations. You will work closely with Product and Design to plan and deliver work, ensure operational excellence, and foster a quality-first mindset within the team. You will also engage with stakeholders and ensure the team understands and works towards business goals.

• Guide and motivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Work with Product and Design to plan and deliver work, ensuring issues are addressed quickly.
• Implement and champion agile methodologies and best practices, supporting the scaling of these practices across Engineering, Product, and Design.
