You'll support budgeting and forecasting, own performance reporting, and develop metrics that capture the financial impact of member engagement. Support budgeting and forecasting across growth revenue, combining financial plans with operational performance data to produce accurate, decision-ready forecasts.
Own regular performance reporting across member engagement and growth revenue streams, defining KPIs, automating recurring packs where possible, and creating clear narratives on what's changed and why.
Perform variance and driver analysis using system data to identify root causes and recommend actions, and develop and refine metrics that capture the financial impact of member engagement.
