About The Role

Join Blue Light Card, a company dedicated to making heroes happy. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will support the day-to-day running of our IT environment and contribute to projects that improve our operations. You will work closely with colleagues in London and our Head Office in Cossington, providing in-person and remote support. This is a hands-on role that requires extensive experience in IT systems engineering, automation, and emerging technologies.

Establishing and maintaining IT systems, network infrastructure, and Windows/macOS environments across the organization.
Administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD, including user provisioning and license management.
Contributing to IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and SaaS integrations, and identifying and delivering improvements through automation and AI.
