About The Role

Join Blue Light Card as a Staff Engineer and play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology estate. In this senior individual contributor role, you will provide technical leadership across multiple squads, drive cross-team technical initiatives, lead system design and architectural decisions, and improve engineering quality. You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers to define the "how" behind our roadmap. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and helping engineering teams scale in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
