Senior Integrations Software Engineer (Salesforce)

Join Dialpad as a Senior Integrations Software Engineer, where you will primarily focus on developing and maintaining our native Salesforce integration, along with other critical applications. You will collaborate closely with engineering teammates, product leaders, business leaders, and external stakeholders. • Contribuer au développement de l'intégration Salesforce native de Dialpad et d'autres applications critiques.

• Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• 7+ years of professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer
• Pragmatic approach to solving problems while balancing business goals
• Proficiency with ETL data pipelines
• Collaborative & team player, but also able to work independently & autonomously
• Agentic AI experience
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Usage of AI coding assistants (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for the majority of coding tasks
• Experience with at least one major backend programming language, especially Java or Python, and one major frontend programming language, especially Vue or React
• Experience building integrations
• Effective communication skills
