Senior Product Manager (Platform & Agentic Integrations)

Join Dialpad as a Senior Product Manager for Platform & Agentic Integrations. In this role, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for Dialpad's integration platform, working closely with engineering, design, QA, support, and GTM teams. You will define the platform primitives, drive the evolution of Dialpad MCP, and build the necessary management experiences to scale agentic integrations. • Definir la estrategia y la hoja de ruta del producto para las integraciones de plataforma y agentic, incluyendo APIs públicas, webhooks/eventos, capacidades de MCP, conectores personalizados/acciones y experiencias de gestión de conectores.
• Dirigir el desarrollo del producto para conectores y acciones personalizados, permitiendo a los administradores y diseñadores de conversaciones configurar sus propias APIs directamente en Dialpad para su uso por parte de los Agentes de IA.
• Colaborar estrechamente con ingeniería, diseño, QA, soporte, soluciones y equipos de GTM para enviar capacidades y integraciones de plataforma confiables, seguras y escalables.
• Strong understanding of developer-facing concepts such as APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration architecture
• Ability to operate across both strategic and deeply technical problem spaces
• Strong product judgment around platform usability, scalability, and tradeoffs
• Experience building or scaling platform products that enable internal teams, partners, or customers to extend core product capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, developer products, APIs, integrations, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, QA, GTM, support, and external partners
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities shift quickly and company-level priorities must be translated into product decisions
