Early Career Recruiter (Tech)

Join Rundoo as an Early Career Recruiter (Tech) and take ownership of university recruiting and employer branding. You'll run our intern program, establish relationships with universities, and eventually take on full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles. You'll work closely with our Head of Talent and R&D leaders, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our recruiting efforts.

• Own university recruiting end to end, including the intern program and the intern-to-full-time pipeline.
• Establish and maintain relationships with universities, particularly the University of Waterloo, and organize campus recruiting events.
• Grow into full-cycle technical hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles, working closely with R&D leaders.
• You're organized enough to turn a recruiting season into a repeatable program you're proud of
• You're excited to grow into full-cycle technical recruiting across Engineering, DS, and Product
• You give candidates an experience they remember, especially students and early-career folks who are new to all of this
• You're happy to travel now and then for campus moments like Hack the North
• You don't need to check every box. If a lot of this sounds like you, we'd love to talk
• You take real ownership and like figuring things out without a lot of process to lean on
• You've spent 2+ years in university or campus recruiting, running intern programs, campus events, hackathons, or early-career pipelines
• You've partnered with engineering leaders or calibrated on technical talent
• You've done employer-brand, content, or social work
• You've used Ashby or a similar ATS
• You already know people at schools we care about, like Waterloo and beyond
