• You have a strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
• You write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor
• Fluency required in German and English
• You can hold your own in a room with our sales teams and customers
• You bring sharp problem-solving instincts, relentless initiative, and a get-things-done mentality
• You’re an AI native who has been deep in LLMs and prompt engineering
• You are excited to travel 25-50% of the time, working directly alongside our customers to see your code come to life in their environments
• You are fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and Real-Time Infra
• You're ready to grow faster here than anywhere else - nobody has 10 years of experience in this new frontier, which means your ideas carry real weight from day one
