AI Builder (Emerging Talent, Swedish Market)

As part of the AI Builder New Grad cohort, you will work directly with customer-facing teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies. This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, as well as proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infra.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for customer-facing teams, focusing on real-time customer impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, build, debug, and deploy high-quality, scalable production systems.
• Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions, using consultative skills to ensure technology meets real-world needs.
• You can hold your own in a room with our sales teams and customers
• You bring sharp problem-solving instincts, relentless initiative, and a get-things-done mentality
• You are excited to travel 25-50% of the time, working directly alongside our customers to see your code come to life in their environments
• You have a strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
• You’re an AI native who has been deep in LLMs and prompt engineering
• You're ready to grow faster here than anywhere else - nobody has 10 years of experience in this new frontier, which means your ideas carry real weight from day one
• You write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor
• You thrive in the group chat that’s building something, not just talking about it
