Director of AI Partnerships

Join Salesforce as the Director of AI Partnerships, a strategic leadership role focused on driving the company's AI initiatives. You will be responsible for building and leading complex partnerships, launching new integration patterns, and representing Salesforce in conversations with key stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in partnerships, GTM strategy, and product management, as well as experience in closing AI-driven partnerships.

• Sourcing, structuring, and closing high-value partnerships that advance Salesforce’s AI and ecosystem vision.
• Identifying, validating, and launching net-new integration patterns and use cases — from concept to prototype to repeatable GTM.
• Conducting deep ecosystem analysis, tracking emerging AI-native players, and shaping strategic recommendations that expand AgentExchange’s reach and differentiation.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence; ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across functions
• Strong 0→1 builder mindset — you’ve helped launch and scale new platforms, products, or ecosystems
• 10+ years in partnerships, GTM strategy, product management or strategy, management consulting or corporate development (minimum 4+ years in partnerships)
• Experience leading in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where creativity, velocity, and precision matter
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-impact partnerships that drive user engagement, enterprise adoption, and scalable business growth
• Experience in closing AI-driven partnerships
• Strong grasp of agentic technology as well as APIs, developer tooling, and integration architecture—able to translate technical concepts into strategic opportunities
• Familiarity with Salesforce — including product portfolio, market positioning, and trusted customer/partner relationships
