Director of Experience Design (Keynote Demos)

Join Salesforce as the Director of Experience Design, a strategic leadership role focused on showcasing the value of the Agentic Enterprise through demos, storytelling, and experience design. You will lead the design vision for keynote demos, executive presentations, and customer engagements, collaborating with various teams to create compelling customer experiences. This role requires a strong background in interaction design, systems thinking, and storytelling, as well as a deep understanding of AI and its applications in workflow.

• Lead the design vision for Salesforce's keynote demos, executive presentations, and customer engagements, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Communications, to translate complex platform capabilities into intuitive customer experiences.
• Drive a culture of craft and excellence in design, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency across interaction models, UX patterns, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and move fluidly between strategy, narrative, prototyping, and execution
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, storytelling, and complex enterprise workflows translated into compelling customer-facing experiences
• 10+ years leading Product Design (UX), or experience design teams, delivering high-quality demos to Executive and public. within enterprise software, SaaS, platform, or AI environments
• Clear point of view on how AI is reshaping product interaction, storytelling, and the future role of design
• Deep understanding of AI, AI tools, and their applications in workflow; a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and using the latest AI tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills with experience operating in high-visibility environments
