Director of Product Management (Hyperforce)

Join Salesforce as the Director of Product Management for Hyperforce, an AI-first compute infrastructure platform. In this role, you will develop the vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for the platform, focusing on high-availability and scalability. You will engage with customers and partners, represent Salesforce at industry events, and drive innovation at the infrastructure and platform level.

• Develop vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for the compute infrastructure platform with an emphasis on AI and data workloads.
• Own improving platform maturity for new AI and data application patterns and across critical platform capabilities such as availability and scalability.
• Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates, get product feedback, and identify additional challenges and opportunities.
• Background in applying AI and AIOps to develop strategic platform capabilities
• The role requires technical expertise in infrastructure and platform-as-a-service (IaaS/PaaS), API management, and passion for delivering rich user experiences
• 12+ years minimum of Product Management, Solution Architect or similar experience
• Passion for creating seamless user experience through value-chain and user journey mapping
• Specialization in user facing products, enterprise scale infrastructure/platform-as-a-service (IaaS/PaaS) platform, high-availability architecture, application networking and API management
• A technical degree required, preferably in Software Engineering
• Proficiency and growth mindset in leveraging data analytics tools (eg. SQL) to query for product analytics and applying AI tools (eg. Claude Code) to build product prototypes
• Experience with cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes and Service Mesh
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Direct experience of working on and leveraging AWS, Google Cloud and Azure services
• Demonstrated experience in building product prototypes, writing strategy and translating customer needs into product capabilities
