Enterprise Account Executive (All Industries)

Join our Netherlands Enterprise Account team as an Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling Salesforce products to existing enterprise accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and goals, and collaborate with them on the Salesforce Platform. You will also establish account plans, conduct research and discovery, and communicate effectively with customers. • Establishing plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
• Collaborating with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals.
• Aligning with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.
• Experience as an Account Executive in the technology industry, with a proven record of success in identifying, developing, and closing deals in the Retail sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical guides to business decision-makers
• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• A positive, can-do approach to activity that drives energy and enthusiasm across the virtual team
• A results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to potential customers is preferred
