Lead Product Designer (LMTS)

Join our team as a Lead Product Designer, where you'll work on two key surfaces: Piper's AI brain and its live chat and video experience. You'll design the interface for shaping Piper's personality, goals, and objection handling, as well as the micro-interactions and tone that make the AI feel credible. You'll be part of a team that is defining design patterns for autonomous agents in enterprise sales. This role requires a strong visual and interaction craft, experience with AI or conversational experiences, and familiarity with enterprise sales or CRM workflows.

• Works directly with eng and ML. No handoff culture here
• Strong visual and interaction craft. You have taste
• You understand LLM behavior (latency, streaming, confidence, failure modes) and design for it honestly
• 6+ years of product design, with at least 2 years on AI or conversational experiences
• Comfortable without a detailed brief. You define the problem alongside the solution
• Experience designing multi-step autonomous workflows
• Familiarity with enterprise sales or CRM workflows
• Voice, video, or real-time communication design background
